TEN OFFICE, In the office
The office system is the heart your system here the administrators can;

all the jobs allocated to them and complete them online speeding up the closure
cycle
- Once the contractor becomes a full member of the network and using TEN Mobile you will be able to see yours jobs complete as your contractor completes them.

- Dynamic mapping allows your office administrators to quickly see where an address
actually is.

TEN MOBILE, On the road
Using TEN Mobile your gas and oil engineers can quickly see what jobs are outstanding for the day and act upon them. TEN Mobile is not an internet based system but resides on your mobile device. This allows your information to be accessable even when there is no network coverage. Of course a network signal is required when you want transfer information, active jobs to the device and completed jobs back. Transfers are only performed when needed and only sends what it needs helping to keep your transmission cost down against internet based solutions that required an 'always on' network and transfer everything displayed on the screen.
TEN Mobile is a windows mobile device application that empowers your gas and oil engineers with the capability to receive and process jobs in the field. Your engineers will have a work schedule at there finger tips that they will sign off as and when they complete their calls. Completed call are sent to the office on completion allowing you to quick review outstanding work loads. In addition TEN Mobile is GPS enabled allowing your engineers to navigate quick to their next call.
