Reporting on your information
Reports are generated whenever the call type dictates. Job sheets are typical generated with every job whereas safety certifcates (CP12) and 'Clerk of Works' reports are produced under certain call activity. As the signatures are captured with TEN Mobile all documents can carry both engineer and customer signatures.

TEN have produced the core documents, however if you require specific documents or feel the system can be enhance by including other document types then let us know, remember if it enhances the core system then its FREE.
All reports are created in PDF format, allowing your to save and email the report anywhere you wish, and stored alonside the customer information making it easily to retrieve the documents without visiting the filing cabinet and having them immediately to hand.
These are your reports so they all report carry your logo and contact details.

Of course not all reports are paper, the TEN reporting tools allows you find jobs and customer is a variety of different ways. Again, as you use the sytem you may require addition reports, tell us and you may get it built for FREE. |
