At the end of the call your engineer can use TEN Mobile to capture the signature and satisfaction rating. Signatures will used later to product certificates and job sheets reports, infact any other reports that need to cappy the signature. Signatures are only valid for that job and will not be used beyond the job completion. Engineer signatures are held in the system and used to sign reports, removing the need for the engineer to sign every report manually in every call.
