We deal with major managing agents who operate a "paperless" office. Gas certs are
now viewed through corporate aspects of the software and our clients can view all
work in real time through a corporate portal. Visits are captured on the system
and with the PDA all technical details are logged for further reference. Gone are
the days of triplicate forms and the danger of losing them in the post when sending
to clients.

To Engineers Network,
I am writing to yourself to let you know how we are getting on with your system
and letting you know a bit more about our company, And hope the feedback will help
you with this outside user information,
We are a small one operative Husband and wife plumbing and heating company based
near Ipswich Suffolk, We undertake mainly Boiler servicing and repairs, Still undertake
some plumbing jobs and some general repairs within the property market, I was keeping
basic details of customers on my computer and a box file for the customers address
and phone numbers,
I was missing out some customers for their yearly service calls and I wanted to
improve the service I give my customers and started to look for a computer software
package to assist me in keeping notes about customers and the type of boiler they
have,
So I started looking, (6 months +) Just by chance we were called by Mark to see
if we would be interested in service based package and it all went from there.
He got the ball rolling with a meeting, we went through it and it looked good, but
its hard unless you have had somebody you know using something to see if it’s what
you won’t for yourself, I work as a professional and wont to deliver that bit extra
to my customer, So I asked for a Demo version,
This was set up and we had a 2 week trial to play with and get an idea how the software
can help us as a small business, As from the beginning of April 2009 we sign up
to the full package, I like to think we are specialists in boiler servicing and
repairs, after nearly 1 Month the customers I have used the system with logging
there boiler details, age, serial no, full model details for Gas and Oil they have
been very impressed,
If they get a problem you have all the details to order any parts no mistakes,
Also I get an Email address and send them the inspection/Job sheet, Landlords Certificate
and a few others, CD10 / CD11 for the oil and Gas landlord inspection sheets,
The best thing is it looks like it’s been done by a company who cares,
Nothing missed everything check, anything not correct you can note, in typed text
not hand written spiders shorthand, bad spelling and lots quicker,
You have recently set up a forum site and we can feed you with and tweaks that might
help us to help all, The first few days took me a bit longer, but this week I have
got into a system and its is getting easier, Any return visits and next years will
be great,
I hope this gives you the satisfaction that your Program is helping me as a small
business to help my customers.
